Lately we have been very busy bees working on the improvement of our system. And today we would like to introduce you to some of the most important updates of ZeyOS features, which are designed to make your work even easier and faster.
Opportunities
As you know one of the best things about ZeyOS is that in any app you can create associations with the other objects, events and records.
But this time we paid special attention to the app "Opportunities" and added some pretty useful enhancements to it. For instance you can now link your e-mail to a specific opportunity and all your further e-mails will automatically be associated with that same opportunity. In order to make this happen you need to make sure that your existing opportunity in the app "Opportunities" is linked to a specific contact with an e-mail address. Then you can go to any message in the mailbox received from this opportunity contact. Next to the item "owner" you now find a new button called "Ticket Opportunity", as selected on the screenshot below.
From the drop down list you have to pick the name of your opportunity that refers to this e-mail. Just hit save and from this moment onwards all the correspondence with this contact will be automatically referred to this opportunity.
This allows you and your team to always maintain a clear overview of the communication history with your contact/lead in the message field of the Opportunity App, as shown below.
Dialogs
Now you have even more freedom to adjust the system to your needs. You can now add custom form fields to pop-up windows. This option is available for the apps Opportunities, Tasks, Tickets, Links and Notes.
