This section explains how ZeyOS handles the product side of ERP operations: article master data, stock, pricing, promotional mechanisms, and production-related flows.

Use This Section When You Need To

  • Maintain products or service articles.
  • Track quantities, warehouses, devices, and stock movements.
  • Define customer-specific pricing.
  • Use coupons or vouchers in sales processes.
  • Support assembly, disassembly, or production scenarios.
Not to be confused with
  • Article = a product or service master record.
  • Inventory transaction = a stock movement.
  • Billing transaction = a sales or purchase document.
  • Price list = an override or supplement to default article prices.

Typical Workflows

  1. Create or maintain the article in Inventory Management.
  2. Define account-specific pricing in Price Lists where needed.
  3. Use Coupons for promotional sales scenarios.
  4. Continue with Production if the article is manufactured, assembled, or disassembled.
