Inside Sales Operative
As an inside sales operative you will assist our team to win new clients. You will help newly registered users by following up on their questions or by contacting target prospects to get them to try out ZeyOS.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Follow up new registrations and make sure they have an excellent experience
- Collect customer feedback for the development team
- Contact prospect customers via e-mail and phone
- Prepare quotation documents
- Answer sales-related questions via e-mail, chat, etc.
Required skills
- Fluent in German
- Good writing skills
- Technical background is a plus
- High-level of comfort with the internet, social media, and web-based tools
